Chef Justin Stanley brings more than 17 years of culinary experience, including nearly a decade with Hyatt Hotels Corporation, where he has consistently elevated dining experiences across multiple markets.
Prior to joining Union Station, Chef Justin served as Executive Sous Chef at Hyatt Regency Frisco – Dallas, where he played a key role in overseeing high-volume banquet operations, refining menu development, and executing elevated culinary programs for both social and corporate events.
Earlier in his career, Chef Justin trained and led teams throughout Hyatt properties on the West Coast, where he honed a refined, ingredient-driven approach influenced by seasonal sourcing and diverse regional cuisines. His foundation in fine dining includes leadership roles as Chef de Cuisine in upscale restaurant environments, where precision, presentation, and guest experience were paramount.
